Single-beam ploughs Libra (body working width: 25 cm - 30 cm - 35 cm)

Libra single-beam ploughs are ideal for small and medium-sized farms across all soil conditions, compatible with tractors ranging from 30 HP to 78 HP. These ploughs are designed for medium-deep ploughing on flat fields, slopes, and hilly terrain. 

The inter-body clearance of 80 cm and an under-frame clearance of 72 cm allow for unconstrained operation on fields with heavy post-harvest residues. 

The main frame profile is 100 x 100 mm. The body working width is adjustable in three stepped positions: 25 cm, 30 cm, and 35 cm. 

Adjustment is easily performed by repositioning the adjustment screw on each body seat on the plough frame. The alignment of the frame itself for specific working widths is carried out using a turnbuckle. 

The first furrow adjustment is performed mechanically via a screw that moves the slider along with the frame on the stationary plough beam. 

Small furrow widths are recommended for pre-sowing ploughing, especially on heavy soils that require effective crumbling. Larger furrow widths are recommended for pre-winter ploughing, particularly on light and medium soils. 

As standard, the machine is equipped with shear bolt protection against stones, which guarantees a longer service life for the plough. Each plough body can be equipped with a skim coulter or a disc coulter with a diameter of 41 cm. 

Maximum permissible tractor power for U030 single-beam ploughs:

• 2-furrow: 52 HP,
• 3-furrow: 75 HP,
• 4-furrow: 85 HP.
