Disc ploughs Lepus

Lepus disc ploughs feature a modular design, sharing the same structural elements while differing only in the number of disc bodies and frame size. The range includes 2-, 3-, and 4-disc versions with working widths of 0.6 m, 0.9 m, and 1.2 m, respectively.

These ploughs are designed for operation on light, medium, and heavy soils. They are particularly well-suited for stony ground, meadows, and reclaimed wasteland, with a working depth of up to 25 cm.

The plough's design is exceptionally effective in soils with heavy crop residue, as well as compacted or high-humus soils that typically clog conventional mouldboard ploughs.

The machine is equipped with a Category II three-point linkage, which is movably connected to the frame. This feature allows for smooth adjustment of the first furrow. The plough legs, fitted with 660 mm diameter boron steel discs, are bolted to the main frame.

The legs feature stepped adjustment of the disc attack angle to optimize ploughing quality across various soil conditions.

Additionally, each disc is equipped with an eccentric bolt for smooth adjustment of the tilt angle (inclination). The plough is equipped with depth control wheels (480 mm diameter, 165 mm width) to set the working depth up to 25 cm. A spring-loaded rear furrow wheel (thrust wheel) mounted on the last body is designed to counteract the lateral forces acting on the disc bodies.
