Compact disc harrows (semi-mounted) Pegasus

Pegasus compact disc harrows are universal machines engineered for both post-ploughing cultivation and non-ploughing (min-till) systems. They perform exceptionally well on stony soils and land overgrown with cover crops intended for mulching. 

The machine is equipped with side deflectors that effectively limit soil throw-out. By utilizing 510 mm or 560 mm notched discs with an attack angle of 20° and a large spacing between the front and rear disc rows, the harrow is ideal for fields with significant amounts of plant residues (e.g., maize harvested for grain). As standard, each disc section is equipped with a maintenance-free hub and is individually protected against overloads by either a non-stop spring system or a rubber torsion bar suspension. 

The working depth (8 cm to 18 cm) is determined by the positioning of the rear roller. Semi-mounted versions are adapted for safe transport via hydraulically folding side sections. 

For increased safety and compliance, these machines are equipped with a braking system and lighting boards integrated with the tractor's electrical system.
