Disc cultivators Hamal

Hamal disc cultivators are designed for professional pre-sowing tillage following primary or winter plowing. The machine is also highly effective for soil preparation in simplified no-tillage systems, including medium-stony soils or fields covered with catch-crop residues intended for mulch.

The main structural component consists of a heavy-duty support frame with two foldable side sections. These sections feature beams equipped with toothed discs (flat or C-type) with a diameter of 510 mm or 560 mm, set at a 15° attack angle for aggressive soil penetration and intensive mixing.

Additionally, the unit is fitted with side deflectors to prevent soil from being thrown beyond the working width by the outermost discs.

The working depth (6 cm to 16 cm) is determined by the positioning of the rear roller.

As standard, each disc section is equipped with a maintenance-free hub and is individually protected by a rubber torsion bar suspension.
