Stone buriers Vesta

Vesta stone buriers are designed for comprehensive soil preparation - from loosening and mixing to thorough cleaning and surface leveling. They are engineered to operate in various soil conditions, particularly where a field must be quickly brought to an optimal structure for sowing.

The Vesta stone burier is ideal for preparing soil for lawns and vegetable gardens, reclaiming neglected, stony, or compacted land, processing soil after perennial crops, cultivating plowed meadows and pastures, and incorporating mineral fertilizers into the soil.

During operation, the machine not only loosens and breaks up the soil but also effectively separates stones, turf, and plant residues, burying them in the lower soil layer. This leaves the surface with evenly crumbled soil, perfectly prepared for further cultivation.

The robust frame ensures durability and operational stability, while the rotor, equipped with angled blades, is driven via a central gearbox, an intermediate shaft, and a side chain transmission to ensure efficient power transfer.

A key component of the machine is the rear bar screen with a guard, which is responsible for material separation. An adjustable spring tensioner allows the working position and intensity to be adapted to specific soil conditions.

Additionally, the stone burier is equipped with a leveling bar for preliminary leveling and soil compaction, as well as a mesh roller for final finishing and ground stabilization. The roller features a scraper and a cleaning brush to prevent soil buildup, while adjustable downforce allows for precise control of the compaction level.

The stone burier is equipped with a PTO shaft as standard.
