Row-crop cultivators (manual steering) Nembus (inter-row spacing: 65 – 90 cm)
The Nembus row-crop cultivator with manual steering is designed for mechanical weed control in vegetable, strawberry, and maize plantations. The steering system allows an operator to control the machine's path independently of the tractor. This enables extremely precise cultivation as close to the plants as possible while minimizing the risk of crop damage. The cultivator performs reliably across all soil types.
The core of the machine is a rigid, heavy-duty frame to which the working sections are attached. The frame design allows for inter-row spacing adjustment from 65 cm to 90 cm, with a cultivated strip width of 55 cm. A significant advantage of the cultivator is its high under-frame clearance of up to 60 cm, allowing for weeding during late growth stages and in tall crops. The machine is compatible with tractors equipped with Cat II and Cat III three-point linkage systems.
Depending on the crop and intended use, the cultivator can be configured with working sections featuring:
- spring tines with goosefoot points,
- spring tines with goosefoot points and string rollers,
- spring tines with goosefoot points and spring-tine rakes,
- spring tines with goosefoot points and spring-tooth harrows,
- goosefoot points and side angle blade (L-blades).
Additionally, the machine can be equipped with side deflectors, shielding discs, weeding stars, and a liquid fertilizer applicator.
